Clippers are only that high because the front offices of other teams are that incompetent. Doc is the worst GM of any Western Conference playoff team.

Swap the Suns and Magic, and I agree with this entire list though. :leon:

dudes have had 3 #1 picks and were pure trash then traded Wiggins for Love they should be bottom 5
they got the best player in the world to come to them, resigned Kyrie to a long term deal before the new 2016 money took place, traded for Mozgov, Jr, and Shump, and are the front runners for winning their conference. all this a year before not making the playoffs

As a lifelong haters of the Celtics...I kinda like them right now :manny:

Ainge is a genius, minus not trading Rondo sooner. He raped Brooklyn without even using any lube :takedat:

Half the players on that Celtics team have improved through out this season, even the Zeller brother. Brad Stevens...usually I dont believe in college coaches going pro but hes proved me wrong. I gotta give that whole team and organization their respect, Im sure ill hate them again once they're a little better and once the Knicks are relevant again but for now :salute:

1. Spurs

2. Grizzlies...

Rest don't really matter...

Spurs really haven't had to do much in free agency since they got Duncan. It will be interesting to see if they can lure a big name free agent there since they haven't had to do it in almost two decades...

shyt last marquee player they got was Richard Jefferson and that shyt didn't work out at all...
