For those who hacked the football app, we're gonna use the same method for basketball: Flex 2.

Spoiler

1) Get the G@me T!me app, international version. It has a black logo, not red and blue. You will need a non-US Apple ID to get it from the app store or you can use @pp @ddict, iphone c@ke, etc.

2) In Flex tap "+" in the upper right corner, select G@me T!me

3) Next select "Add units"

4) At the next screen tap G@me T!me again

5) In the search box look for the following and tap them.

isProductTypePurchased (TRUE)
isVIPAccount (TRUE)
isLiveChannelAvailableForCurrentLocation (TRUE)
setLocManager (just leave blank)
geoCheckRequestDone (NULL)
getHasNBATV (TRUE)


6) When you have everything checked off, hit cancel (to back out of that menu), then hit the back button twice and you should be back at the "Patch Editor" page.

7) Tap each unit and change the return value to the appropriate value.

8) After the patch is set up, you have to go back to the first page and tap the grayed out check mark to activate the patch.

9) Open app and

Go into Settings and sign out of your Apple ID. Then go to the App Store and try to download any free app. It's gonna ask you to sign in or make a new account. Set up a new account for the UK using a secondary email address. It will ask you for a mailing address, all you need is a UK postal code (google one) and select UK for country. The rest of the info you can just put whatever, doesn't matter. Because the app you're downloading to establish the account will be free, you can leave the credit card info blank with no problem.

Now you have a second Apple ID, based in the UK. After you get the apps you need (NBA and NFL I'm assuming) sign out and sign back into your regular account.
