He was a FA which makes it worse cuz Gs gave up nothing and got significantly stronger, from a "sporting" stand point they didnt need him and from a "competitive" standpoint he shouldnt have gone to them. If you're Philly, and Bron said "take me out to dinner a couple of times and I'll sign on the dotted line", should you do it? Probably not. Philly's trajectory suggests that WORST CASE scenario, they'll dominate the East for awhile. Bron is going to want to control the front office and everything that happens on the court. He's not a 'plug in and play" kinda dude. As great as he is, he's going to stifle the playing style of the existing young stars.
