They have it. It’s called NBA CRUNCH TIME hosted by Jared Greenberg on the NBA App and League Pass on your TV

Id be interested to see how it works... Id imagine most of it is when the games are ending :lolbron:

The most interesting part of NBA regular season games are the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter anyways. :troll:

It would work on games that are within 6 pts or less with 3 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

Problem is with timeouts and commercial breaks the network would have to switch to another game.

They normally start NBA Crunch Time at 8:30 PM-9:00 PM. EST

So thats during the 2nd half of games that start at 7:00 PM.

And they go double and triple box just like NFL Redzone when there are multiple games within one or two possessions.

Here's how to save money...NFL Edition.

Get a VPN like Nord VPN for your computer.

Once you got that, set your location as Brazil. Go to DAZN and sign up for NFL Gamepass International.

Because of VPN, DAZN will think you're in Brazil. Instead of paying like $300 or $400 to watch ALL NFL games, you pay like $70. Use a credit card to pay. You may get a warning about the transaction from the bank but make sure its accepted. Boom.

When it's time to watch games, remember to turn the VPN on and set the location as Brazil. You should be good to go. Open up multiple tabs and watch each game. Game 1 goes to commercial? Switch over to a different tab.

This, I think they cooked up something on NBATV called Crunch Time or whatever to try to make an NFL Redzone equivalent but that shyt is cheeks. Redzone is in a league of it's own because like you said football is a situational sport, scoring a TD in the NFL holds a lot more weight than scoring in the NBA because in basketball you get more possessions, faster pace, etc. Basketball is back and forth and nonstop (for the most part) compared to football which is stop and start.

I agree but there's a better way to deliver Gametime. First of all, the announcers are usually boring. They don't sound excited at all. Secondly, when a big highlight happens like a huge dunk or block, someone getting hot from 3, they need to do a better job of cutting to that and showing it as it happened. Don't talk over it. Show it exactly how it happened. I've seen on Gametime where they are talking over shyt. Lastly, they need to show the final moments of close games and keep it there. There's nothing against the rules that says they can't stay with one game for the last couple minutes.

People really just don't like basketball. It really has become sports entertainment.
MJ.

Because of his dominance, everything became about "them rangz Erneh."

LeBron should be celebrated as an all-time great, probably on NBA Mt. Rushmore but we can't appreciate him because of the MJ comparisons...even though his game is wayyyy more like Big O/Magic (Kobe played more like MJ).

We can't watch KD, Luka, Tray, Harden etc., without thinking about rings. Regular season ends up not being compelling because we're focused on people making their legacy in the playoffs.

NFL makes the regular season feel important while also providing the gravity needed for the playoffs. QBs and coaches are judged on rings.....not every elite talent. Like Dak winning a ring and SB MVP would change his legacy but that doesn't have nearly as much of an impact on Micah, CeeDee etc. In hoops, every good player is judged off that.

Let's keep it a buck... NFL Redzone is the greatest thing to happen to watching the NFL since, probably ever.

NBA needs something similar. Show key stretches in different games, show important plays, show important players, show important runs, and of course show all the close endings. And just keep it running all night.

I know I would cop it.
NBATV literally does that every night.

how would this work given how fast nba games are scoring wise?
