That game sucked from a competitive standpoint but you still get fan buyin because:
- Lamar broke the rushing record for QBs
- Impact to MVP Race
- Impact to AFC North

It's not politicizing it. It's stating a fact. White America will follow the NFL, no matter what, regardless of the actual product because it's part of this country's fabric.

my family likes football more in general. we had both leagues on all day and the nba games were clearly much better

NBA did their thing today.They need to stop talking about Bron,KD,Curry retiring. They act like their dying or something. "This is last chance we ever see Bron on Christmas,lets not take him for granted". Next year they need to get creative with Christmas matchups. Maybe Ant vs Wemby. Wemby vs KD. Wemby games gotta be on Primetime. Christmas Halftime performances aside if NFL starts flexing games into Christmas it will really hurt NBA. Imagine Cowboys -Eagles on Christmas. Chiefs will probably be on Christmas next year ,maybe Lamar. The NFL is gonna make Christmas their regular season Super Bowl.Christmas is on a Thursday next year. Thursday Night Football
