Stop twisting with he said. We all know what he meant. He simply doesn't like the masculine energy exuded by most black women. Whether you like it or not black men (as well as men of any race) like women who radiate femininity. And don't confuse femininity with sexuality. Femininity shows itself in how a woman talks, how she behaves, how she treats others, how she carries herself, etc.
Feminine charm is what a lot of white women have over black women that is drawing black men. It has nothing to do with brothas hating themselves or their mamas or wanting light skin children. It has nothing to do with hair or skin tone. It has to do with the energy women radiate. And feminine women will always garner more attention from men than women who radiate a masculine energy.
