nah the release is pretty simple on there. Just release at the top of your shot. The persons shot rating matters tho. If its 8 or higher it'll definitely go in. Some ppl shot is earlier tho like dirk's....ray allen is money and so is chris mullen. I've been using mccolumn and shaq lately but i was killin ppl with paul george and david robinson. Play thru the tournament mode and you'll get the game down pact. U definitely cant go straight to online on here especially with the way ppl play

Let go as soon as your player jumps at his highest. Don't pay attention to your players hands and just let go as soon as he hits the peak of his jump. This will make everything easier for you.
Also, cant forget to mention you HAVE to have half a bar of stamina to dunk, that's important.
