I gotta say teams hoarding timeouts and the endless reviews under 2 minutes makes the games extremely difficult to watch.

Agree, but in terms of actual game play...it ruins the game. Like Game 1 of Heat Raptors, which included a half court shot at the buzzer was an awful game to watch on TV due to the final minute and overtime taking an hour. I had to turn it off myself.

NBA gives teams way too many timeouts to use....last 30 seconds of a 1 point game is unbearable if you dont have a horse in it...

Give each team 2 timeouts and 1 20 sec per half.

These refs in the last minute dont even make an actual call on the play,they do the review finger spin on every play
