Exactly and 1 of them was the leading scorer and got to the finals with only 2 scorers in the starting lineup. KD and Russ don't need or want another scorer in the starting lineup if they did they wouldn't have traded Green for Perkins and gave Ibaka an extension. They got 2 allstar starters in their lineup and another coming off the bench. They don't need or want another scorer.
They traded Green for Perk because they needed a big and Green was becoming more and more out of place since Durant was exclusively a SF and Green wasn't much of a PF, not because Green scored too much.
Harden's gonna get a max deal from somewhere, be it OKC or a new team. By next year, he will not be coming off the bench. OKC won't pay max money for a bench player and no other team will pay Harden to do the same thing OKC is doing now, so sooner or later that whole "they don't need more scoring" talk will be pointless.
shyt, not that I wanna jump into this Joe Johnson debate, but only at The Coli does a 6 time all-star who is a given each year statistically at a weak position is considered a bum. Him being overpaid doesn't make him worse than what he is. And let's be 100% clear. Joe Johnson is STILL a better SG than James Harden. Harden hasn't proven anything to show anything other than the possibility that he may surpass him down the line, but Joe's still damn good and still better than Harden til further notice.
It'll be fun to see how people's opinions of Harden change once he gets maxed out.

but you just said no coach would start an inferior player over another player because of his scoring now you're telling me how smart Pop is for doing just what you said no coach would do. You know you fukked up right? You know this don't you? Manu is a future hall of famer and is coming off the bench nightly. Manu won't shoot San Antonio of any games. Pop brings him off the bench because they have no scorers coming off the bench besides him and second unit scoring matters which is another reason why the Nets ain't gon be shyt.

That's not even close to what I said. You taking what I said out of order. I think both coaches are smart for doing what they are doing. Neither player are as good as Joe so this really doesn't make what you are trying to say logical. Dude, San Antonio has scorers off the bench and have no issues when Manu is hurt like usual. Not one time has Pop said he brings Manu off the bench for scoring. It's because his mentality can hurt the team to begin games. Same for Harden but to a different extent. Dude, you're tripping. You want to believe that but it's not true. What coach wants his best players to come off the bench?
and i wouldnt mind gs and min making it..bout time we c love and curry in the playoffs
