This actually isn't that uncommon. I see this from time to time and I'll also see the ones where the guy is pivoting with one foot, pauses, then starts pivoting with the other, I don't know how players consciously do this kind of thing but I think that since it's such an obvious fukkup, refs fool themselves into believing they must have imagined it.

I think it depends on the player, rookies won't get the same call because the refs tend to be harder on them. Lebron though...
