I've met several social media managers, consultants, etc., and they usually are managing several clients/companies' accounts on all the different platforms.

The first step in getting people to fight for that change is making them aware that it's already a thing in other spaces and works just fine, not telling em "oh it's standard you just gotta deal with it"

yeah, i would. but for the jobs that have it, you can get a short term 6 month health insurance plan for 100 bucks a month, which is the same thing you'd be paying your employer, and then cancel it halfway through. it's not the end of the world
