Nah fam everybody on the Bulls was hurt. Joakim literally willed that Bulls team to the fourth seed.
I remember that season breh - he played great on both ends. But my mans, did you forget the MVP winner that year had arguably a top-10 season of all time?

Your right Durant season was dope, but watching the Bulls led by Noah grind their way that whole season was crazy. Plus his foot was messed up the whole season. It's sad, because it was those heavy minutes and grind, that has derailed his career right now.

when brehs talk about MVP awards like "ok this guy was this calibur of player so he shouldve got at least this many for his career" without actually considering any of the circumstances that actually factor into winning the trophy in a given year.

Wade should have one for the 2009 season. Pippen should have one won when Jordan retired. And it's crazy that Elgin Baylor or Jerry West were never the MVP of the NBA.
How you gonna pick them clowns over Havlicek??????

Dude won 8 rings they won 1 combined

It's beyond you that he didn't win an MVP award during those seasons when he wasn't even close to being the best player in the league? :dahell:

Zeke's peak years were behind him (he sacrificed his #s for a more balanced offense) - he didn't make either of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd All-NBA teams in '89 or '90.
Kobe's best season wasn't his MVP season...

Do you really believe that Noah deserved to be MVP over Durant? I mean really? :usure:

I guess I was admiring what he did for the Bulls. Playing with plantar fasciitis, and still putting up heavy numbers was insane. Maybe your right; but something about that season tho.
