the playbook: unwittingly involving themselves with a rapist.
I don't know if the accusations are true or not but it's wild how people are quick to dismiss them.
how does the "playbook" differ from getting justice? what does that look like?

I sit down with my son and ask:Criminal or civil case?
I have daughters. I hope they would never put themselves in the position. Predators are predators but shyt needs to get reported within a certain amount of time. Yes there is fear, ptsd, and all the other shyt that comes with facing your abuser but opening a case 8 years later….
If I were Zion, would I pay her off to not deal with the spotlight or fight her to protect my name? You pay her off, any woman you smashed would come through with their “case” for some money. Look at Watson.
I don’t know how I would advise my son honestly. shyt sucks.
"Did you do this?" Is it a gray area or is it 100% "no." If you KNOW you didn't rape and it was consensual.....fight that shyt with the heat of 1,000 suns.
Next question - if he didn't do it, is she going through criminal or civil court? A real victim is going to want justice first AND THEN money. If she's ignoring the criminal side and going straight for civil.....that means her case is weak (beyond reasonable doubt versus preponderance of evidence)....and she got dirt that she doesn't want coming out.
Burden of proof is higher in criminal. Probably didn't do a rape kit and made no attempt to have cops look at it. Without that, it looks more like a situation where you had sex, thought you could leverage it into something more and got treated as a jump-off.
Women from the old days, wouldn't go to cops because they were afraid no one would believe them. Post MeToo? Against a wealthy Black man? Errrrrrrrrrrbody gon believe you, so it doesn't make sense to skip criminal unless you know your story got holes. You can ALWAYS sue in civil court after a criminal trial, just like Nicole/Ron's fam did after the OJ trial. Unlike OJ, Zion is an active player and we know exactly how much money earns.

I feel terrible for actual SA victims who actually go through the pain and trauma and are discredited because of grifting ass bytches like these who repeatedly weaponize the term just to get a come up. bytch popped up 8 years later with a lawsuit.
Couldn't muster up the strength to file a police report for all these years but can easily do so to file a lawsuit. That shows the intentions of a person who really isn't after justice.
And what happens to the man who gets accused? Their reputation is usually destroyed and their life is thrown into ruins just because of a heartless lying bytch.
They need to enforce jailtime for false reports. If proven false they should do a mandatory sentence. It would discourage alot of these women from lying on these men and destroying their lives for no reason.
And maybe actual cases can get the spotlight
