Why? I heard rumors the Pelicans want someone like Shump, but that would be the Cavs giving away someone at a need position in order to pick up someone at a position where they're stacked.





That's a bit more likely, especially in a multiple-team deal involving the Cavs' trade exemption.




Anyone think the Cavs have a chance at anyone else? Ricky Rubio? Lou Williams? Shelvin Mack?

Cavs have an open roster spot and trade exceptions that could absorb him. NO's probably going to want to flesh that roster out but they've also gotta shed some salary going into this summer for a re-no with Boogie.

All I know is this a domino that the Cavs were waiting for. They may be able to get something of value out of no where.

Can Turner play PF? How does Brook move the needle for the Pacers.

Turner can play stretch 4 and be a defensive anchor on the other end.

But no, Brook doesn't do shyt for us. The only positive is that his trade value is pretty low all around the league so we might be able to pull off a nice deal.
