Draymond wasn't some unknown, end of the second round type prospect, he was in that same discussion with Sullinger and Terrence Jones.

That "good position for opportunities" is bullshyt, you're essentially just listing the job description for an NBA GM. :pachaha:

You say that & yet half of the GMs in the league can't even do just that.:mjlol:

Be good at they're jobs. Danny Ainge is good in my book. His track record is good. We winning & we still got the chance to improve.

You hating too hard breh.:hhh:

It sounds like the Bulls were asking for the world at the time of the last draft

I would imagine they wanted Dunn with the Celtics #3 pick, and an additional Nets pick attached with it

I also believe they wanted either Crowder or Bradley too

I was under the impression that it was the #3, #16, Crowder and another player. :yeshrug:

Dude just reached for Jaylen Brown instead and then wasted another handful of picks on draft-and-stash guys and another guard they didn't need (who I liked) in Demetrius Jackson.

I'm talking about Ainge, sure there are other GMs that might be worse but there is nobody else who consistently wastes draft picks like he does.

If the Celtics turned down that deal, then Danny certainly fukked up

Im just under the belief the Bulls want at least one 2017/2018 Nets pick in any Jimmy trade

However, the Bulls were in love with Dunn at the draft

Revisting the draft is 20/20. Hate the Celtics but Ainge is killing it w a bunch of bums. The heist he got out of Brooklyn for a bunch of :flabbynsick: dudes is insane

Like I said, it's hard to praise Ainge for that when one of the worst GMs of all-time in Billy King was paired with an owner who doesn't give a shyt about anything but winning now, even if it ruins the future of your franchise for years to come.

He's pretty smart. Next years draft class will have bigs like Ayton and a couple of others. That might be the class to get the center plus you got cap room.
I do think he should trade this year's pick. They do not need a guard with Bradley and Thomas.

I dont blame him for not moving the 2017 pick

Bradley/Butler are probably the perfect 2/3 next to IT however

I really dont see how holding these Nets picks and using them is such a bad position

Both picks look to be top 3 lock, at worst top 5?

It's a bad position when you have very little faith that the GM will draft well

To put in perspective how terrible he is at drafting: He was attempting to trade up to the 4th pick in 2015 and was going to take Winslow over Porzingis

Yeah, I hear you. Its going to be pretty hard to fukk up a top 3 pick in this upcoming draft though

Other than Love (who I don't even want). What can they offer us? I don't want any of their draft picks which will be the 31st or 32nd pick anyway.

the thing is if the knicks want him gone bad enough, and out from under that contract they may just take whatever they can get that melo will agree to.
