Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Holy shyt...Bill Simmons just brought up the idea of CP3 maybe being chased by the Pelicans to go back to New Orleans. Brehs, if this happens...Boogie, AD, CP3 and a few shooters...title contender?

We have to see how CP3 comes back, but I think he might give them a 2-3 year window in where it is a possibility to make some real noise out west.

@Malta and the other sensible NBA brehs, calm me down a bit. Am I way off?

Too many cooks in the kitchen, I like Holiday for the Pelicans. If he can stay healthy they should just retain him as he's a better fit since he can play off the ball like a SG and he plays elite defense on PGs. Boogie & Davis don't need a micromanaging PG like Paul, they just need a dude that will create sometimes, hit threes and play high level defense.

I might have to breh. I haven't been to a game since December 2015. This team is choosing to be in NBA limbo. Not good enough to compete, not bad enough to get good draft picks.
Josh Smith and the lack of team foresight killed all the Hawks fan in me:francis:
My lakers suck but at least they tank :yeshrug:

That treadmill is the worst thing in basketball. At least when your team sucks there's some excitement because of the draft pick

Don't like it..Rubio has his faults but he gets wiggins and Kat shots.

No he doesn't. Wiggins and Towns create their own offense. They are iso scorers who can handle the ball, penetrate, post up, and shoot from the outside. They don't need a point guard to get them shots. They make their own shots and create for others. What they need are shooters who will space the floor and give them room to operate and defenders to improve their achilles heel which is defense and not offense. I don't know why people are so stupid when it comes to Rubio. The T-Wolves actually played better when he was out and Kris Dunn and Tyus Jones ran the point. Rubio brings zero value to players like Wiggins and Towns. Superstars like Wiggins and Towns are the ones that create offense. What they need is not a ball dominant PG. They need guys who will play defense and space the floor. The Wolves problem right now is defense not offense.

The Timberwolves are such a stupid organization for thinking the solution to Rubio is Rose or Reggie Jackson. Getting those guys to replace Rubio improves nothing. It only makes the problem worse. Instead of getting more ball dominant guys, they should be trying to find ways to get Wiggins and Towns better spacing by adding shooters who can also play defense. And their biggest problem right now is zero rim protection. They should be trying to trade their first round pick this year to Philly for Nerlens Noel. That is the player that will get them over the top and into the playoffs. NERLENS NOEL.

I guess getting lucky in the lottery doesn't make a retarded organization like Minnesota smart now. They should be trying to trade for guys who will defend and space the floor instead of another ball dominant guard.

Sources: Wolves among teams to pursue Rose my man thibs wants to kill rose officially

Timberwolves have to be the stupidest organization is pro sports. They literally have the best situation going right now in the NBA. They have two 21 year old budding superstars who will be future top 5 players in this league. This is an amazing situation but what makes it even better is that one is a perimeter player and the other is a big so you're not getting redundant skills either. With just halfway competent management, they are pretty much guaranteed to compete for titles for the next 10 years.

However, the idiots in that front office have been doing everything in their power to screw over this incredible situation. Instead of surrounding these two young superstars with nice role players that will play defense and provide spacing, they want to bring in some washed up former star like Rose or a wannabe star ballhog like Reggie Jackson who will not provide defense or spacing for Wiggins and Towns but will instead only take shots from them. This is identical to when the Nuggets brought in an aging Iverson to play with Melo. PURE STUPIDITY. Nuggets only became a contender when they traded Iverson for Billups the following year.

If the T-Wolves want to make the playoffs they need to trade for a rim protector like Nerlens Noel to improve their pathetic defense and a SF like Covington who can space the floor and guard small forwards so Wiggins can go to his natural position of SG. Bringing in some ball dominant scoring point guards like Rose or Reggie Jackson will only lead to more losses and chemistry issues.

Just a moronic organization.

The Kings did not screw themselves out of a potential dynasty. They basically hit the reset button. The Timberwolves have a potential dynasty on their hands and they are trying to screw it up at every turn. They got their 2 budding superstars playing out of position. Andrew Wiggins is a 199 lbs SG they have playing small forward every night against the likes of 260 lbs LeBron and 240 lbs Durant. Then they got Towns who is a 6'11" PF trying to play center and be their rim protector when that's not who he is. Instead of adding defenders and shooters to space the floor, they are trying to add aging ball dominant PGs like Derrick Rose. Just retarded.

The T-Wolves are one move away from being a playoff team this year and being a title contender in the near future. TRADE Rubio and their 2017 1st round pick to the 76ers for Nerlens Noel and Robert Covington.

Sixers will want to do this trade because they tried to make a similar move last year. They tried to trade Noel and Covington to the Celtics for their #3 overall pick in the 2016 draft (a pick that ultimately became Jaylen Brown). Philly love unprotected draft picks and the T-Wolves first rounder will be tantalizing to them. Wolves gain nothing from another first rounder. This year's draft is filled with something they don't need which is more ball dominant guards. They already got Dunn and Lavine. Plus more youth ain't gonna help. They need size at the center position and they need a legit SF so that Wiggins can move to SG. If they do this trade they can move to Dunn as their PG of the future, they improve defensively, and they allow Wiggins and Towns to play their natural positions.
