Then Bird waits to see if Paul makes all-NBA team and offers him the DPO. If George wants to turn down that extra money to go lose in Los Angeles then so be it.

I'm not sure George is making an All-NBA team this year. Durant, LeBron, Kawhi, Davis and Butler are all locks. That last spot is up for grabs between Giannis, Hayward, George and maybe Wiggins. George also said money isn't his number one factor.

I'm curious to see how the new money factors into player decisions too. These contracts are obscene. I gotta believe some of them are gonna say, "I'm making 25-35 million a year no matter where I go."
