Atlanta voted no this
do the Hawks just enjoyed being a treadmill team.
Hawks own the right to swap picks with the Nets this summer.
completely forgot about that..That's exactly why I wanted it to pass. I'd rather see one of the middle of the road teams luck into getting a huge piece so that we can see these young players in winning situations earlier in their careers. Usually if it's truly a great player them alone can get the team as a middle of the road team preventing them from every reaching greatness until later down the line when they leave the team.It would be more exciting to see a team like the suns who's a franchise player away from contending get the 1st pick then some lousy rebuilding team that won't be competitive for 5 more years and will waste away a players prime..like when the magic won it two years in a row and got Shaq and penny and became contenders
In today's nba if you're not a contender you're only way to get there is to be awful..trying to be ok first and competitive will get you stuck in nba purgatory
The suns were a great story last year but in reality they're screwed for overachieving because they still have no franchise player and will probably be stuck as a mid or lower tier playoff team for awhile
completely forgot about that..
But what are the odds the Nets become a bottom 5 team. I would assume they would be just outside the playoff race, in which reform would benefit the Hawks
With the news of no draft reform
These GMs been getting spoon fed top picks and been fukkin up. blame the management for teams suckin for yearsBut teams that legitimately suck could potentially suck for years. It'll make it much, much harder to rebuild.

Another 7footer?They shot it downStanley Johnson/ Karl Towns to Philly in 2015 here we go !

U niccas play a retarded form of go fishEverybody hating on my 76ers

Get rid of these long ass rookie deals and teams won't tank as much
@tremonthustler1 loves to see brothers get underpaid

make the playoffs a best of 3.I would make small changes but its really no way to fix it
In basketball whoever gets lucky enough to draft an all time great player will win championships.
One player has more impact in basketball than any other sport
Nothing will change that
