Hopefully they do something about the final 2 minutes and intentional fouling too. Honestly I get the strategy, but it's a whack strategy to actually watch. Just non-stop fouls back and fourth. What made game 3 so fun was the back and fourth shot attempts, not free throws, that were taking place.

If you have your timeouts why isn't this basketball.
shyt is strategic, why take away an element of strategy.
You want to really limit uses of timeouts make it so that substitutions can only occur with use of timeouts, not deadballs, and only due to injury can a player be substituted at dead ball. ON top of that only 2 subs per time out.
