I'm not sure what you're talking about but it doesn't have much to do with the case.

Cops were serving a warrant on him for a different case for possession of drugs and stolen firearms. When they pulled over his car he took off and ran and they had to use a k9 to track him down. There were two guns in the car and that's why he got charged with possession.
