An officer-involved shooting took place Monday, February 29, 2016 at Bragg Street and S. East Street in southeast Raleigh.

RALEIGH (WTVD) --
Police are on the scene of an officer-involved shooting at Bragg Street and S. East Street in southeast Raleigh. Pictures from Chopper 11 showed it happened near a business called PJ's Grill and Groceries.

It happened at Bragg Street and S. East Street.


A woman on the scene told ABC11 that officers shot her son. There is a small group of demonstrators at the scene chanting "Black lives matter."
