Nah. Barber can ball, but he makes too many dumb decisions to be a great NBA PG. Just today, he plays the ends of both halves terribly, and made a bad decision to pass to a unaware big who cant shoot instead of driving and finishing. Way too many questionable decisions from Barber on the court.
