Because of what?

Corruption.....man, A&M has been having problems for years finding people who will do things the right way in every area. People get in those high positions at the University and start taking advantage of their situations. Seems like they are always firing somebody for breaking rules whether in athletics or academically. If they keep it up they'll be in trouble keeping their accreditation.

The punishments came after an NCAA review of the Huntsville university's Academic Performance Program data, the school said in a press release. The NCAA determined that documentation submitted by the school was insufficient to verify the Academic Performance Rate and academic eligibility of student-athletes for the 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 school years.

The Rucker
We already knew this when they had that superstar team a year or so ago in football.

Their Track and Field team has to cheat to try and compete(bringing in more money for the school) with the rest of that amazing SEC Track and Field competition.
