NCAA Football was the GOAT sports game franchise.

I followed and learned about mid-major college football because of NCAA Football. I knew all the stars on the fringe teams, from playing dynasties ... For example Middle Tennessee State (shouts Dwight Dasher).

Man I was nasty with Jahvid Best and Cal too.

It's such a bummer that game is dead.

the beauty of ncaa 14, i think i won like 50 in a row in my dynasty blowing teams out on the hardest setting, i was kinda getting bored then i went on the road and I lost , made me fell in love with the game again



kind of like when you have a great first date and you look at your phone on eday passes, two days passes your like ah well, then boom that text or phone call cant wait to see you again

Breh I think that was what my uncle had. I remember playing that at his crib for the first time better than I do most milestones in my pre-teen life.

When I got Dreamcast and loaded up NBA 2K (Iverson cover .. First 2K!!) it was like I entered a whole 'nother world.

I lost to Georgia on the road in season 1

Then I lost to buffalo on the road in like season 5



Louisiana Tech won 9 straight championships

Idk I feel differently, madden always had higher sales, and ncaa population usually died soon as madden came out. The game wasn't that different at all. Madden usually got the new stuff first and then ncaa got it after.

Plus imo madden online head 2 head was always more competitive. Since The ps2/Xbox Versions ncaa did have the better dynasty mode. Before that they were neck and neck

Imo gameplay wise ncaa was better than madden every year from 2011 on. Madden was more popular because it was an Nfl game not because it was a better football game.

I disagree. I would say that ncaa allowed for more different play styles. But it don't think it was better or tighter. But I only play online for the most part. And the online head 2 head in ncaa couldn't compare imo.

I guess we going to have to agree to disagree. Imo Ncaa was much tighter than madden especially when you compare madden 25 to ncaa 14. The infinity engine had less crazy movements and the animations were more realistic imo as well. And don't get me started on the pursuit angles in madden 25. All people did online is run pistol power and counters all day. Sad part is everyone from the scrubs to top tier guys still running that shyt almost 2 years later.

I ONLY play online ranked head to head. Madden 25 was an arcade game imo. Not to say ncaa that much better.

But I'll be honest I consider myself more of a sim guy. So my opinions are usually different from what most people consider good gameplay.






I also forgot remember on madden 25 getting a guy with good truck and using the modifer while trucking and the guy basically turned into a bowling ball, mowing mfs down like a hot knife through butter. Ea was bringing it back to the old sega days with that shyt
