how about this? girl gets pregnant but doesnt know who the father is? she finds out 7 years later. from what i know, she can sue him for all the back child support from birth. to me, men should get the same right. if you find out the child isnt yours. you should be able to sue the mother to get some money back as well.

A) She probably caught him buttsexing, and threatened to blackmail him but his trump card was that the baby wasn't his and they decided to settle for an "ungodly amount of money."

With regards to that "stat" although I question it's validity, I am a proponent of mandatory paternity tests at birth ( unless the father signs a waiver).

did anyone see his behind the music special? basically dude got some girl pregnant. his family and friends didnt buy her story. they kept telling him to get a paternity test. at first he didnt wanna do it, but he finally did. and she told him it wasnt his. neyo didnt wanna turn his back on the kid so he still raised him. relationship with boys mother went sour. chick started demanding child support. "In the state of California, if you put yourself out there as the father, the mother can then come after you for child support, like you're the biological father." The couple settled out of court for "an ungodly amount of money" and shortly after that his ex vanished with her son.

one of the homies i grew up with is going through the same thing. dude found out he wasnt the daddy to the lil girl and now he wants out but he doesnt want to disappoint the lil girl.
