Great point. It is fukked up how some nikkaz will prioritize their entertainment shyt (cable, cell phone, innanet) over utilities until they absolutely have to pay those bills. Owning some property in the hood in Chattanooga, I can't tell you how many times I've gone by to collect my bread and mufukkaz gimme some bullshyt excuse, yet I see 2 cable boxes, everyone with a fukkin cell phone, and a new whip in the driveway.

But on the other hands, banks can't fail.....Murica Da Bootiful.

A don't want to come off as an apologist, but, when you are in a messed up situation (poverty) a lot of times you will prioritize things that give you pleasure/joy over the things you need.

Especially, when you feel like; what's the point in paying the water bill? I'll still be broke this time next year.
