How do you have a kicker that went 4/10 on FGs in high school?.

If I was a power 5 coach I'd recruit rugby and Australian football players heavily as the kickers/punters, they have way better skill

I couldn't tell you. But at least in Alabama it's not uncommon to see a kicker only have 6-8 FG tries all season. You rarely see a team with a true difference maker at the position.
