word... Luckily...I don't care to be good right now, but I do think Zach will damn near average 30 points just by virtue of him being the number 1 option and having so many other crappy or unproven options to defer to.

It's what's best for the league, you would just figure that a franchise that chose to tank wouldn't be for a lottery reform that decreases the odd of worst record to win the top seeds.or they voted yes because they were already promised the number 1 pick for the rebuild.. but this is what's best for the league going forward?
