As far as the rebuild

We are off to a bad start

Doesn't help that it's going to be a ton of other teams vying for the same players we want in the next couple of drafts.

And if we strike out on the top prospects we are screwed for the next decade.

Won't see any optimism from me until something positive happens.

Problem with that is

It may possibly be about 12 other teams that want to be just as terrible.

We can't lie to ourselves about that.

If we do land a top pick I will begin to feel a lot better.

But if we don't and get some struggle 4th pick or 5th pick, we are going to have to deal with the garpax patch up jobs where they sign some mediocre talent to compete with, the years we trying to trade youth for a proven star etc.

This how I see it, plus unlike other teams bulls have no real direction They can say their tanking top 3 picks (going young & athletic)but then turn around & do the opposite

Why niko still a RFA & still talking bout resigning even they drafted his successor?

The fire garpax movement can't be stopped

They can only hope to contain it

But sadly if this movement gets too big, garpax may jump out the window and totally abort the rebuild especially if they don't land a top 2 pick. Would equal a John paxson patch up special featuring some old vet and mediocre talent signed to a 3 year deal. They will then step back and act like they did all they could when it was just another mediocre attempt to build.

It's why I said a rebuild has to start with those clowns leaving. It's about 7 ways those fools can fukk it all up, especially if they don't land the top picks, they won't have any idea where to go from that point.
