300 murders a year
our front office doesnt have the trust of any player to expect any player to fall back and rely on them to take care of the player down the line

lavine will likely make sure he plays, no way he falls back and expects the bulls front office to hit him with a max at the end of the year. and i cant blame him for that.

Without question it's better. Minny wasn't going to trade Wiggins... and they probably dealt Lavine because he just tore his ACL
:yeshrug:

But still... even with they deal they made, they could have still drafted Dennis Smith Jr. The Bulls got Dunn and said, "he's our PG for the future", ignoring the options there at 7. But management is saying, "it's an open competition for the PG spot". You don't trade Jimmy Butler for a PG that you have been coveting for a year and not give him the keys to the car.

I wouldn't do the trade either, they would have to throw in a second rounder or future consideration as well. But they clearly weren't going to do that

You already know the answer to this question.

What about in 2008 if the bulls would have drafted :russ: instead???

Since Lavine will be ready sooner than later and the bulls signed blakeney,Wade serves no purpose on this team. The bulls aren't gonna buy him out either

He has an 23.7 mil expiring contract.I'd try to trade him to any team who wants to shed salary cuz of high payroll or need cap space summer '18 for an asset, either a young player or a decent pick. That's my main concern about this fo they aren't creative at all. They gave away jordan bell :why: when they have no 2nd round picks in '18 or '19, that move made no sense.Hypothetically something like what the nets did they got russell for mosgovs contract is what the bulls should be doing with that trade exception or wades expiring.Don't just rely on being trash and hoping to win the lottery

He'll be there til late January and then they'll do him a favor and buy him out.

Wade's deal isn't as valuable unless you really want a bad contract back
