I'm trading future 1sts and whatever else to pair Kyrie and Jimmy together in a weak ass Eastern Conference

I'm sure the cavs would of jumped all over a trade of portis,future 1sts,valentine and robin lopez especially to a team that plays in their division.

The bulls had no trade assets to offer for irving

I doubt it would have happened this off season. Cleveland is probably on the phone right now with kyrie to convince him of 1 more ride with lebron and he will def do it at a chance to be in the finals again.

But, I was always eyeing next off season. When I saw jalen rose, stephen a smith, woj, and just about everyone saying it's likely lebron bounces next off season. Now kyrie in more of a position of power, so garpax should have played it like pat riley when it the wade and lebron union was inevitable. Just fall back for a season. Strip the team around jimmy so you can miss the playoffs. Take who we drafted at 16th this season, our lottery pick next off season valentine and maybe niko on a good deal and offer that to cleveland. They almost would have had no choice but to say yea to that, and you could get a 3rd team involved, but the point is if kyrie and jimmy want to unite, we should have been the team to make that happen

With wade off the books, jimmy still on his deal, could have added kyrie, had jimmy and enough for a max deal If we could have moved lopez. It's a plan I would have def got behind.

I don't really like the fit with Butler, but I guess at least it'd be fun to watch.

They would have had to add a 3rd team... but if Kyrie was really pushing to play with Jimmy, the Bulls should have held off on dealing Jimmy on draft night.

Is there a possibility that Chicago didn't know Kyrie was on this?

Kyrie said in a private conversation with the cavs fo(david griffin) that he wanted to be traded to play with jimmy.The cavs then pushed for jimmy in a trade but the cavs owner fired griffin.

the bulls didn't have the assets to acquire kyrie and the cavs had no incentive to trade him to the bulls or anywhere he wants, this basically crying over spilled milk

and Kyrie and jimmy would not of worked.Just like rose and jimmy didn't work.Kyrie is a sg who happens to play point jimmy is best with a play making pg.

Nah we'd have to move 16th, future 1st, valentine/zipser, portis and/or lopez

So that wouldnt be the roster, but regardless we would have had a solid squad and going forward the potential to add a 3rd all star

Bulls been knew before the bulter trade

All this was before the trade & the bulls got rid of jimmy without tellin him, thats why he was shocked & his manger went off
