Just got back from it, the plot is outrageously dumb but at least it isn't insultingly dumb like some movies these days. It just has stuff in it like cops saying "Some witness reports state there were three cars at the scene, but none of those witnesses have been located" like where the hell did you get those witness reports from then since you couldn't locate them? :leostare:

Aaron Paul also has way too many wack sidekicks. Corny black guy, corny Hispanic guy, generic Hispanic guy, the kid so kindhearted you know he'll be the one to kick the bucket, it felt way too much like they tried to create a Fast & Furious type team dynamic and it just utterly failed. Probably the worst parts of the movie, especially since cutting it would've trimmed the movie down to a tighter flick. It runs over two hours for no particular reason, although the length didn't bother me as much as it should have.

That's probably because the races/car chases at the heart of the flick work. They don't necessarily offer something new to the genre but they're well made and they build up nicely so each chase/race is more exciting than the one before it with the grand finale being a race with six exotic cars getting chased with police.

Although the best scene goes to British love interest Imogen Poots, when she was straight ducking from a cop in such a hilariously obvious way the cop was literally pulling the:beli:.

Saw it yesterday. My expectations were pretty low so i was entertained. Plot was predictable as hell, but i figured that would happen. Action wise it had some pretty good moments. Its basically a really long Ford commercial with how much they dikk ride the mustang. Funny thing was, i think my girl has gotten used to the F&F movies cuz she said, "This movie is gay. Where the bytches at?":lolbron:

Saw it today, movie was trash :camby:

Only good things about it were Imogen Poots and a couple of the death scenes, one of them was :whoo:, they did that particular scene very well Outside of that it's simply boring predictable trash with lackluster action and not entertaining at all. It was also too damn long and should have been cut by 25 minutes, started falling asleep towards the end.

Kid Cudi was:snoop::snoop::snoop::scusthov:, a poor imitation of Tyrese's character from the F&F films.

Racing and chase scenes were :shaq2:

The sidekicks were also :camby:Justin Lin does them better.

Aaron Paul also aint a leading man.

I hate when movie execs buy into the hype and go overboard, I remember when that show house was huge and they had the main guy from that in steet kings opposite keanu playing a dea/cia type ..Keanu reeves aint some acting heavyweight but this dude just came off so small fry playing this cop character exactly like he does house..Moral of the story is not every tv star needs to be in movies just ask heather locklear

:yeshrug: I watched this joint less than a couple hours ago. I enjoyed the movie. I gotta give the movie a 3 or 3.5 outta 5.

:dahell::mjlol: Did you watch that shyt?!

I soon as I saw Selena Gomez in Dem promos, I knew Warner Bros. Had to be regretting green lighting that movie.
