I ain't too familiar with the case you talkin' about, once Im finished with a paper Im writin rite now I'll check it out...

BUT, most of the empirical evidence in Africa and Central America suggests foreign aid doesn't help a bid the nations in need. In fact, what it does is create corruption and mafias around them, hurtin' the populations... I could go on about the economic effects it has on the long term which are even worse, but as I told you Im kinda busy right now...
