need help identifying a Pimp Rapper / song

about a year ago there was a song and video of some relatively unknown dude from the South somewhere.

the video starts with him at a photo shoot at a house then his phone rings (iphone with a retro handset) and he talks to his hoe and gets mad at her and then the rest of the video is him riding around in his car visiting his hoes.

at one point he picks one up and talks to her in the car before dropping her off on the strip.
