Need Help with A Sample ID [2 YEARS LATER - I FOUND IT, Latrelle - Wrong Girl]

I pride myself on being able to identify samples or at least the artist, but I can't get this at all. Mint Condition? It kinda sounds like Stokley. Definitely sounds 90s R&B. No luck on Googling it yet

I do hear a similar sound to Stokley in that part. It could also be a female singer too.

Im not hearing an obvious sample tho.. What makes you think its one?

It's very well possible it COULDN'T be a sample. But with the effects, lyrics, vocals, it doesn't sound like one to you? It sounds like a mid-90s R&B group to me, as I said somebody like Stokley Williams.
