Because it's refurbished.

And that Nikon is just a regular digital camera and not a dslr. Also what will your dad be using the camera for? Because that can help narrow your results down.

I just wanna get him a nice camera his current is so grainy and shytty .

He liked to take pics every now and then but not a pro of course .

I just can't spent a ton of money man .
