From a female perspective, I would suggest to show her something widely entertaining, she may not fully get technical matches from the beginning. Some great Attitude Era ppv's. What @Kidd Dibiase @1BadBamaFan suggested, Macho/Liz stuff, Wrestlemania 7 in particular (which was my earliest wrestling memory). Some attractive male wrestlers like Roman or Rock. Some kick-ass female wrestlers like Trish, Lita or Naomi. You could probably guess from there what she may like the most at first.

Lita inspired a lot of female to get into wrestling, as fans, so maybe start there.
Storyline wise though; everyone watched wrestling as a kid, I'm sure she wants to know why you watch it as an adult. So something more recent with a compelling storyline like the debut and breakup of the Shield, was really good.
Try to find something within the past six years with a good storyline.

DB's run from fall 2013 up until WM 30. Plus that DB WM documentary if you have access to it. Just don't show her what's happened to him afterwards.

Definitely show her the hot guys, but also give her something that can easily get her hooked. NXT has a good mix of wrestling styles and character development. Lucha Underground for the soap opera/telenovela aspect (I know what's what originally did it for me).
If you think she can handle it, show her the Austin/McMahon saga for pure entertainment value.

On topic i would actually start with Total Divas. Let her find a bond to the characters on the show and the rest will follow. Its the reason why my girl watches. Once she gets invested in Cena or Bryan shell watch their matches when you do then find her own favorites organically.
