just get a tablet if thats your budget, only thing you can get for what you are offering are trash netbooks or maybe a emachine....

you can get an asus t100 for about 349... It's a come with a keyboard and runs full windows 8.....And you can also use it as a tablet. Or you can get a chrome book.
