there is no uniform black opinion, so you can tell white people to stop asking you to speak for all of us
that being said, my own 2 cents:
1. federal: defunding, national licensing standards, stronger protection against civil rights abuses
state: defunding, independent oversight and independent prosecutors of cops accused of crime
2. looting is not "justified", but it is a predictable reaction to state lawlessness and unpunished murder of the public. when the social contract is not upheld on one side, it will stop being upheld on the other side
3. because the police have had a uniquely bad relationship with blacks ever since america had police. there has never been a time where the police as a whole, protected and served blacks the same way they did for whites. they are the army of white supremacy in their current form and always have been.
