Need Some Quick Tips

(havent worked out in 2 years)
I'm about 6'2 195, tryna shed about 10 pounds, yet still tone up and build muscle

do yall recommend more cardio then weightlifting?

I have no idea if im suppose to take in proteins, calories, etc :ohlawd:

Im stuck brehs :yeshrug:

Take small meals instead of big ones and load up on proteins. Do not eliminate fat entirely from your daily diet plans and drink more water than routine. Do not take any meal shortly before going to bed.
