I would throw that money towards games for the hardware I have already. Why buy a console for games that don't even have release dates?

I been ridin that Xbox wave since 01 i swear. And I feel like although they rehash the fukking shyt out of Halo/Gears/Forza, they're also pretty damn good at delivering new IPs, especially near the beginning of the gen.
I unno brehs. The Xbox One just seems like some dope technology.

That's what it boils down to IMO. The majority of games will be the same on both consoles. There will be a couple multiplats that seperate them, but it's the total experience of using the X1 that seperate it form any other platform
Since I've had the Xbox literally every piece of entertainment my family and I have consumed has been through the Xbox, and have been better because of it. Judging by your avi you are a footbal fan. Sundays with X1
On top of all that the exclusives announced so far look better for Xbox. Ps4 might have some games that prove its worth, but those games are at least a year and a half away.

So for $100 you'd rather have no games, fanboys making up games that they hope dropif you getting TF on the PC, the answer is easily a PS4. Cheaper, more powerful (the evidence is in the games now, esp multiplats that you can google yourself). Who pays 100 bucks more for weaker hardware?
And you know Sony will have games, people act like PS1, PS2, and PS3 exclusives never happened.
You already got a PC, so get the best console. Easy choice.

Actually switched over to PS3 last year and sold my 360. PS+ has fed me well, breh. And I had a PS3 before that. Had one pretty much since it dropped, but it died on me a couple yrs back. Decided to cop one last yr n it held me down. I just dunno if I should go back home with my Xbox brehshistory.

Well, most "exclusives" for the 1 will be out on pc (and prob run better anyways) so id go with ps4....but neither really has shyt comming out for a while....(think i saw a thread where the 1 only has 7 games dropping next year and the 4 has like 8 confirmed titles dropping next year)

Regardless, anyone have any extended experience with both system's OS's? I cant deal with sluggish shyt. My PC boots up in 7 seconds flat and most games load up in that same amount of time or less. I want a comparable experience at least in terms of speed. And how is online with PSN this gen? I still have like 6 months left on my PS+ anyways, so that wouldnt be a big deal. I'm used to payin for online for consoles. But how is the overall interface compared to the next gen XBL? I haven't played with or even really seen anything on either console's OS or online services.
All I know is it takes my Wii U 20 seconds to open up the System Menu. shyts like a computer from the 80s
I hate Halo, nikka. I mean, I always bought it, but I also always got rid of it within a few months. Forza Horizon was fun, but the rest of that series can eat a dikk, IMO. Dont get me started on garbage ass Gears. That shyts only one generation old and it feels like its overstayed its welcome. Only thing really exciting on PS4 that I see is The Division. I would consider getting it on PS4 as opposed to PC only if my homies were gettin it, but I dont even kno anybody wit either system for real. My nikkas all broke lol
