Stay super busy. Whatever time you would use to smoke? Use it to do something else. Go for a walk. Read a book. Go for a drive. Just do something to get you away from the bud.
Stop hanging around with your friends who smoke all day. Delete dealers numbers so you don't have easy access.
Start a good workout routine to combat the appetite loss/insomnia that you'll probably feel.
I've never quit for more than a couple months at a time personally. And i see no reason to quit at this point in my life. But the above has always worked for me when i did quit for those couple months. Most important thing is to stay busy.
And why do you even wanna quit? You need it daily? Lol. What kinda weak ass shyt is that? You don't need weed breh. I also suggest you maybe start smoking once a week. Or just once a day only at night. Will make it more of a treat for you.
