Need workplace advice brehs Pls

Pretty much the situation is for the past few months, my manager will approach me and tell me that coworkers are complaining about me. The thing is they all greet me with huge smiles, laugh, and even help me out.

Whenver I ask who and what she never specified. She just says all the workers are complaining about you. She never says it rudely, but it throws me off heavy and I’m paranoid as a muh fuh now.


How y’all interpret this?

Aye breh this shyt happened to me in November. Crakkkas at my job were on the same thing. Smiling in my face, praising me and whatnot but all the while reporting shyt about me to the manager. My advice is to stay down in the midst of all this bs while tryna score a new job.

I would ask her in a very calm way what is she trying to accomplish by telling you if she's not willing to say what it's about or who it is.

she won’t tell me. She just periodically about once a month comes to me and says all the workers are complaining. I ask her how and who and get nothing. I have started documenting already. Next time I see her I will address her.

Are they complaining about your performance or about personal stuff like you being too ugly?

I am one of the only brehs at this place. Always seems to happen especially after getting a good review from a client.

Yea managers typically tell u what the complain is about, but dont usually say who it was. Just keep ur eyes open bruh, could be racial, maybe u laugh to loud, or whatever. People at work place will complain if they think your to friendly with management or u go to the bathroom too much.

I mean if it was me I'd be looking for something else ASAP just to get out in front of them. Get a new job lined up and don't even give them a two week notice. I wouldn't want to try to salvage a situation working with a bunch of two faced mothafukkas and a manager that doesn't have your back.
