EVERYONE is doing crimes but, it's black and some latins, who get the most time or get sentences. Whites get off with little time, no time, or probation. Then you have the upping charges bullshyt the lawyers play. You can get charged with something small and they turn it into something big by being sneaky and devilish. Don't speak on what you don't know.
How about not doing crimes at all when it is public record that the judicial system is unfair greatly to black men? I know what I am talking about. It is an easy fix. Don't do any crimes and more than likely one doesn't risk imprisonment.

"Lt. Robert McCullough of the Baltimore County Police Department said that Guadagnoli has a marijuana possession and distribution record that dates back 18 years to Des Moines, Iowa. He was arrested in 1992 and in 1993 in Iowa for marijuana charges, McCullough said.
Guadagnoli was arrested twice in Baltimore County for similar charges in 1998 and 2004. Three years ago he was arrested in Baltimore City on several marijuana charges. At the time, WJZ Channel 13 reported that city police found nearly 60 plants growing in a house Guadagnoli reportedly shared with his wife and three children.

Why I can't smoke herb if it helps me in some sort of way, without worrying about catching a serious charge ultimately while Tim drives around with bongs in his car, and can get a small charge?. Or if my cousin is broke, thought selling some herb/coke will help him get money, but catches a charge of posession, posession with intent t distribute, transporting and manufacturing and do more time then he should have gotten that will fukk him up in the future such as school loans or jobs but, Tim is Ok since he gets probation or in a lot of cases has to go to rehab. Or I get into a fight, and they charge me with something serious while Tim is told to go home?. You are funny, but live your life.
