EVERYONE is doing crimes but, it's black and some latins, who get the most time or get sentences. Whites get off with little time, no time, or probation. Then you have the upping charges bullshyt the lawyers play. You can get charged with something small and they turn it into something big by being sneaky and devilish. Don't speak on what you don't know.

Having a bong and having enough herb and/or coke with an attempt sell aren't the same. So, how do they deserve the same penalty? Enlighten me, my brother. Hell, you're more qualified than I am to be a cop but I am sure you will never be a competent attorney with your ration.

You are what is wrong with brothers right now...quick to point a problem (cool!) but fail to offer solutions. All you're doing is recycling the obvious. No one mentions identical cases where a saxon and a brother did exactly the same thing, in the same jurisdictions, took the same courses of action and got different sentences.

I don't sympathize for anyone selling drugs because I saw what drugs did to my family so fukk those nikkas. No one mentions or speaks for addicts or their families but you silly brothers glorify that mess. Nikkas who are involved in that mess know the negative consequences so it suppose to change when they have their moment of clarity? FOH!

This is how it can go. You have a bong, that gives me the right to say you have paraphernalia(one charge), then I can say the small amount of resin you have is possession of a controlled substance(another charge). Then if I find a bag of herb that has say 14 grams, I can say you had intent to distribute if I found extra sandwich bags. Or even easier, if you have a few bags of herb that equals 14 grams or even less, I can definitely say it was intent to distribute because you had the weed is separate bags. Then if you was driving from another state I can try to claim transporting if the law allows it in the state. You just caught 3-4 charges that can make your life hard from a bong, and a few bags of herb that was for personal use. Now, if you are little Tim, I will just give you a warning or a possession charge. This is how they play the racists shyt using the laws.

Also yeah I can give you a pass on the coke but what about herb. It isn't that bad if two states legalized it, and a whole bunch decriminalized if for medical use. Even if you ignore those things, you can't deny whites use it more, yet blacks and latins are arrested more for it. But it's ok to you right, they shouldn't have been using it in the first place, even if it was a form of self medicating.

I think this is a good question. Because people (White, Black, etc.) will always say where is the evidence that this was done because of race? From Mike Brown, to the 12 year boy shot by the cops. How would you go about proving that these cops murdered these kids because they was Black.
