According to his wikipedia page he has been published twenty times, and this article cites 2 instances of plagiarism, One from his book, and another in an article published in 2000. I'm guessing the article is "The Right to Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia", 23 Harv. J. L. & Pub. Pol’y 599 (2000) PMID 12524693 considering it is the same exact title and topic of the book in question. The entire article then spends a long time citing various authorities on what exactly constitutes plagiarism

In short, plagiarism is bad an this is a pretty clear cut case, but seems to be a relatively isolated incident. The OP's referring to him as a "serial plagiarist" suggests the weakness of this particular attempt at discrediting him.
