But then comes the million dollar question and that's what is the end game.

You'll be in power for a short period, but still slow down the inevitable of being a minority, country is waaay too enriched with multiple religions to try and wash them.

Additionally, with all the hi-tech weaponry around the world, if this country engages in any kind of civil war those other countries are going to be coming in.

America would be fighting conflicts on all fronts: overseas threats, border/neighboring threats, etc. if internal conflict escalates to that point.

I don't know about end game, but I know the end result is basically spinning wheels in place while the rest of the world advances.
