I would hope the initial piloting is meant to train the robot on expected tasks. And after a set period of time it would take over on its own. It’s not a bad idea. And it’ll be easy to force companies to only use workers in first world countries. Subscribers will be able to verify the authenticity of their providers claim.

Whoever can make hundreds of thousands of these robots in a very short period of time, and affordably, will forever dominate.

Imagine thousands upon thousands of automatons commissioned to fight wars. Whew!
I agree it's a great idea. And yes it's a huge and lucrative market. But They aren't ready yet with ai, because learning has to be entirely automated .

The privacy concerns of having a third party remote into your house are a landmine in the courts. Same for all the data collection.

Like I said before, this will be worse than the tea app if they let these things start recording in people's houses. And once again, they almost always outsource this stuff because paying locals who can be held legally accountable is too expensive. which means there's less and less security over how the recordings and automated control are used.

As an example,
imagine your 70 or 60-year-old grandmother slipping on soap and falling in the shower. In pain, she tells the robot some unintelligible nonsense, which automatically turns on the cameras and the live human assistant because your grandmother's command makes no sense.

This similitaneously starts a camera stream to severs in India to troubleshoot. Recall that the context is your grandmother falling in a shower butt naked, and all of this video information will be kept by the company for quality assurance. You don't have to be a genius to see how this could be an issue in case of hacking or theft of data .

So this robot needs a lot more work before it can be released. The way they described the robot in the video is basically a gold mine for the dark web.
And I haven't even talked about the financial implications of a robot that can tell when or when you arent in your house, can see you doing financial transactions in your house, and can see where all the valuables are.

Have these nikkas never watch one Sci-Fi movie ever?

I told people we're maybe about 6-7 years from AI robots with sexual holes or parts. Humanity is cooked because people are pornsick and don't want to clean their own houses.

stop gatekeeping.
no one gon trust there robot to go to the store let around the outside world for decades.. but every fam should at least be able to get 1 to help round the crib

I think you are massively under rating what you're saying.

People would indeed take this to the grocery store with them and stand there with the basket while they tell the robot to grab something off the store shelf.

Now imagine there's 5-6 of these on one aisle in Walmart.
