yep. Orlando should jump all over him if he's there to be had. Only team I can't kill if they pick him #1 .
He has to go, the 2014 draft is going to be loaded, coming back for another season will only hurt his stock and with Parker, Wiggins, Harrison, Randle and Gordon likely to be 1 and done he can't afford to risk it.

Best thing going for Noel is his youth. Recovery should be a little easier. Better it happening now than 5 years into his career. I still think he gets drafted.
