Explain please...

It allows internet providers to charge extra to companies such as Netflix/YouTube/Sony(PSN)/Microsoft(Xbox Live)/etc. to insure a fast connection for their services. Those extra costs will be passed on to the consumers, as evidenced by Netflix having just announced a price hike days ago after making a deal with Comcast for a faster connection. Internet providers can now pick and choose what sites they want to load fast and what sites they want to be slow as fukk.

FCC, the very people that should be protecting us from this, is in bed with the internet providers.
